Before booking any holidays (holidays meaning tour, trekking, vehicular arrangement, expeditions) with us, we kindly request travelers to read carefully the Terms and Conditions that governs the relationship between you (client) and Elite Explorer (Company) before departure. Booking holidays with the company means you as a client acknowledge these terms and conditions and all the bookings are subject to our standard terms and conditions, as outlined here.
Price Policy:
- All the prices quoted to you are United States Dollar (US$).
- Price quoted in the website and offer are based on the two persons sharing basis.
- Supplementary charges for the single person.
- Company reserve right to inform you for any increment in the holidays price until the time of booking.
- Once holiday is booked 50 percent deposit of the total holiday price must be made in advance into the company account.
- Your holiday must be fully paid 30 days before your arrival date.
- Short term booking within 30 days must be fully paid. Such short booking is subject to availability.
- Unless the deposit is paid, no further action will be taken for the booked holidays.
- All the price stated to you are total prices and company is under no obligation to provide you breakdown of the holiday’s prices.
- Rerouting, changes in the original plan, mode of transportation are subject to additional prices.
Cancellation and changes
By the Company
- Company reserve right to make minor changes into the holidays by notifying you as earlier as possible like the traveling route, change in the accommodation of the same standard, change in the flight and flight time, change in the type of ground transport.
- In the event of Natural calamities, terrorism, riot, war, pandemic such as COVID-19, civil arrest, political unrest, strikes, company may not be able to carry the holidays. At such event company will refund the paid fees as earliest as possible case by case basis. However, If you would like to travel at the later date company can defer such bookings for another 2 years without any charges.
By the Client
Following charges will be levied in case of cancellation by the client.
- 30 days or more 50% of Deposit
- 21 – 30 days 100% of Deposit
- 14 – 21 days 60% of Tour Cost
- 07 – 14 days 80 % of Tour Cost
- 01 – 07 days 100% of Tour Cost
Company Responsibilities
- Client safety and service quality is our topmost priorities. However, company is not liable for safety audit of certain service providers such as adventure sports providers, inspection of accommodation and restaurants, flights or road transportation and their services as company does not run, operate or manage such services.
- At any event of injury, illness or death of any member company will provide its general and appropriate assistance where necessary.
- Company does not offer any refund or cost breakdown for the unused services, entrée fees. Flights fare refund are subject to airlines policy.
Your responsibilities
- Providing with valid Passport with minimum 6 months validity on the day of arrival.
- Your travel and medical insurance
- Extensive travel medical insurance that covers helicopter rescue (if you chose to trek)
- Letting the company know your medical condition and medication.
- Respecting local laws and culture.
