Quality: When we promise you a high-quality service, we don’t simply mean one that is “worth for money,” but also one that integrates you into the community of the location you are touring with us. You will experience a flood of connectivity on this journey as we take you to the places in Kathmandu, Chitwan, and Pokhara that have been generously provided by nature. We accomplish this by letting you become as close to a local as you can to better comprehend the area. And if you can connect to the peacefulness of nature, you will appreciate it even more.

Giving Back to the Community: Just being responsible when in nature will have an unimaginable positive impact on the neighborhood. By being responsible, we mean observing the laws of nature and not leaving trash behind. Similar to how we would walk, we would inevitably encounter new places and people. 1. Day 1 Arrival in Kathmandu

As you realize the plane landing you can start manifesting the natural jewels that you would be wearing soon. Nature will be waiting for you and we will be a part of your journey as you walk the roads not taken, and into the forests, and hills.

    2. Day 2 Visit Nagarkot

Our first day starts by visiting Nagarkot. The most popular hill station in the country, Nagarkot is arguably the prettiest place to start a weeks-long journey. Nagarkot is where you can escape from all the hustle and bustle. So, for the first day, it is wise to simply relax and let the environment cure you with its natural elements.

    3. Day 3 Nagarkot Exploration including the surrounding village

The relaxation of the previous day would have pumped enthusiasm into us. We will take advantage of it by exploring the beautiful Nagarkot. First, we will hike to the Nagarkot View Tower and enjoy a mesmerizing view of hills and greenery. The shadows of mountains including Mount Everest are visible if the clouds are clear, so we have to rely on our beliefs and march to the top. Thereafter, we will visit the surrounding villages and interact with the locals. You will definitely notice the difference there. It won’t even feel like it is near a city like Kathmandu where houses and people are everywhere.

    4. Day 4 Nagarkot - Dhulikhel

We will leave Nagarkot today. Our destination will be Dhulikhel. We will hike to Dhulikhel. It will take around six hours but believe us, it will be SUPER worth it! Through the hills, surrounded by trees and the chirping sounds of birds and little animals, it will be a poetic journey, as if William Wordsworth himself is singing his poems to us.

    5. Day 5 Dhulikhel - Balthali

Another day, another hike. Or, should we say, another day – ANOTHER OPPORTUNITY TO BE WITH THE NATURE! It will be a shorter hike than the day before, around 4 hours but with the views of mountains chasing us. The farther we walk, the more we get to see the mountains. Nature would be shouting for us and we would grasp her hands as we stepped into Baithali.

    6. Day 6 Balthali - Kathmandu

Today – no hiking! But, your body needs rest to recharge for the undiscovered nature that has been yearning for us ever since you stepped into Nepal. We will ride back to Kathmandu in a vehicle and spend our day in the city, roaming around the streets – the urban nature!

To refill our energy, we will eat a delicious Thakali Khana Set at night and dream about nature.

    7. Day 7 Kathmandu - Chitwan Sauraha

When you talk to Nepalese about nature, the first place they will mention is Chitwan, more precisely Sauraha or Chitwan National Park. Today we embark on our journey to Sauraha. We will take a ride and travel the roads while being blessed by the views of numerous rivers, forests, and mountains. The ride will act as a teaser to what awaits us in Chitwan!

    8. Day 8-9 Jungle walk, village tour including soft wildlife exploration

Walking and nature align with each other. You cannot discover nature without stepping on it. Discovering is never about just “seeing”. So, we will have a jungle walk early in the morning. Walking around the forest of the Chitwan National Park with a naturalist as our guide, we will be discovering a vast range of wildlife that resides in this reserve. From endangered birds and animals to strange plants, the walk will take us to the wild and our Bear Grylls would be our awesome naturalist.

Later in the evening, we will have a village tour. The Tharu community of Sauraha is also a part of the natural ecosystem of the place. Without visiting them, the trip would be incomplete.

    9. Day 10 Chitwan - Pokhara exploration- Sarangkot overnight

We will leave Chitwan for Pokhara early in the morning. Another road trip but this time the beautiful Trishuli river will be our treat. The sound of the water and people enjoying rafting in this aggressive river are splendid to see. Once we reach Pokhara, we will start our exploration, for we are elite explorers!

We will enjoy boating in Phewa Lake and drive to Sarangkot where we will spend our night.

    10. Day 11 Pokhara exploration- Overnight at Dhampus

Back to Pokhara, today is the day when we claim the nature of Pokhara. Alongside visiting places like Begnas Lake, Devi’s Fall, and Mahendra Cave, we will also enjoy the mountains as we would be literally on the laps of different mountains. The mountains of Annapurna and Langtang regions would be ahead of us and while we explore Pokhara city, some part of our eyes would be stuck in the mountains.

As it starts getting dark, we will drive to Dhampus, eat local food, and sleep.

    11. Day 12 Dhampus - Pokhara free day

Like the previous day, we will drive back to Pokhara early in the morning. Today, it will be your day to customize your adventures. We will hand you a list of things to do and you can boss those activities yourself. How cool is that! We do this because some beautiful memories are created when you alone go to the places you are completely unaware of and move your best foot to get along with them without our aid. So a free day for you to be a part of the beautiful community of Pokhara.

    12. Day 13 Pokhara - Kathmandu

We will travel back to Kathmandu today, waving our hands at nature and mountains. We will leave the city for the city of urban elements of nature, Kathmandu. By urban elements, we mean the packed architecture of the city, but there is a hidden beauty in it. No matter how urban Kathmandu gets, it will always reflect the nature that surrounds it.

To reach Kathmandu, we can either board a vehicle and cross the Trishuli river again or fly and enjoy a birds-eye view of the two valleys, Pokhara and Kathmandu.

You will be spending your time in Kathmandu as you wish.

    13. Day 14 Departure

At Elite Explorers, we don’t say goodbyes. We offer you memories that will make you return in no time. Nevertheless, we will drop you at the airport 3 hours before the flight.

I am asthmatic, and can’t climb high, where can I tour?

It is best to consult your home physician first. However, the major places of interest in Kathmandu, Nagarkot, Chitwan, Pokhara, and Sarangkot lie below 3000 meters, and are accessible by vehicles, so it is possible to tour around major places of interest.

How far I can tour since I have limited mobility?

Most of the tour destinations are accessible by vehicles and for such travelers, special care, as well as walking pace, will be taken care of by our own experienced guides. We do not recommend long and continuous walks and recommend short one instead. Still, we recommend you know your limit and consult your physician.

Are jungle safaris safe for children?

Yes, our safaris are safe and you can take your children. Before heading to the wild you are briefed about the program. Still, when you are in the wild, your way is often crossed by wild animals but our experienced local nature guides will advise accordingly.

Are there good clinics and hospitals?

Absolutely, there are good hospitals and dedicated travelers clinics in Kathmandu, Chitwan, and Pokhara. A cultural tour guide may have skills in culture and history but may lack the knowledge of deep jungles, and the nature guide may not have the skills to lead your walk or hike in the mountains. Thus, there may be different guides for different kinds of tours.
